As default systemd is disabled as initilization manager. To enable it
remove the comment "#"

- The .cal files is the configuration for BRCM WiFi module, and theaty should be installed
together with firmware binary files.
- Refine the recipe to merge bbappend to bb file.

There are two build error in wayland backend.
-qwaylandxkb: error: undefined reference to 'xkb_keysym_to_utf32'
 Enable xkbcommon-evdev for wayland

-Compiling waylandeglclientbufferintegration.cpp ..
 The included file: eglplatform.h: fatal error: X11/Xlib.h: No such file
 Some EGL CFLAGS are missing.
 Add egl to do pkg config to gain "-DLINUX -DEGL_API_FB -DWL_EGL_PLATFORM"
 (The patch will be only added to wayland)

Eglfs is not supported in Wayland, disable it to fix the build break.

As the original setting has been upstreamed to meta-freescale,
rewrite the QT_CONFIG_FLAGS_APPEND with eglfs disabled in Wayland,
keep other setting the same.

When installed in the same folder as the vulkan loader layer library,
an incorrect linkage is created from libvulkan.so.1 to our library
instead of the loader layer library.

There is a common build break on our build servers:

ERROR:  OE-core's config sanity checker detected a potential misconfiguration.
    Either fix the cause of this error or at your own risk disable the checker (see sanity.conf).
    Following is the list of potential problems / advisories:

    Fetcher failure for URL: 'https://eula-downloads.yoctoproject.org/index.php'. URL https://eula-downloads.yoctoproject.org/index.php doesn't work. Please ensure your network is configured correctly.

The URLs used for this test are specified in our distro config. The current values
were copied when some part of meta-yocto/conf/distro/poky.conf was copied into our
distro configuration.

The source of the copy has since been updated, replacing the original URLs
with a more reliable (and faster) choice.

At the least, it's good to be in sync with the up-layer value. At the best,
